2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If there is evidence that a person is operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account — including your name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of your balance.

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ck222 is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Four mobile banking methods are supported for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. You must always use an account registered in your own name when making any deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. Completing account verification (KYC) is mandatory before making a withdrawal.

3.3 Source of Funds

Funds used on ck222 must come entirely from legitimate sources. The use of any illegal or suspicious funds is strictly prohibited. ck222 reserves the right to verify the source of funds when necessary and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ck222 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,500 — and to withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be met. If a bonus is cancelled and any wagering requirement remains unmet, that bonus portion will be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for any bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. All slots and eligible games count towards wagering; however, some games may contribute only partially.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, using family accounts, or any form of strategic betting to exploit bonuses will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases, ck222 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits

The ck222 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.3% at Silver, up to 0.5% at Gold, up to 0.6% at Platinum and up to 0.8% at Diamond. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

5.2 Tier Changes

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on a user's overall activity and contribution on the platform. Staying regularly active creates the opportunity to move up to the next tier automatically. However, prolonged inactivity may result in a tier downgrade.

5.3 Cashback Payment

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total wins). Cashback is added to the balance every Monday. Wagering requirements also apply to cashback bonuses.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck222 platform:

• Any attempt to influence the platform's software or gaming system through bots, automation or programs.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

• Any attempt to gain an advantage by providing false or misleading information.

6.2 Account Suspension and Cancellation

If any of the above rules are violated, ck222 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel the account. In the event of account cancellation, any funds in the balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user's payment account, though this may be withheld during an investigation.
